The WS7040-24-V200 fan can achieve a maximum airflow of 25m3/h at 0kpa pressure and 6.8kpa static pressure. How to use the blower correctly:

 

This blower can run at CCW direction only.Reverse the impeller running direction can not change the air direction.

Filter onto the inlet to protect the blower from dust and water.

Keep the environmental temperature as low as possible to make the blower lifetime longer.

Q: What’s is the maxmum air pressure?

A: As it shown in the drawing, the maxmum air pressure is 6.5 Kpa.

 

 

A centrifugal fan utilizes the centrifugal force provided by the rotation of the impeller to increase the kinetic energy of air/gas. When the impeller rotates, gas particles near the impeller detach from the impeller and enter the fan casing. Therefore, due to the system resistance provided by the casing and pipeline, the kinetic energy of the gas is measured as pressure. Then, the gas is guided to the outlet through the outlet pipeline. After the gas is sprayed out, the gas pressure in the middle area of the impeller decreases. The influx of gas from the impeller hole normalizes it. This cycle is repeated, so the gas can be continuously transferred.
